Q. I have insurance, but Im not sure what it covers?
A. Pro Med will gladly verify all types of insurance and
answer questions about coverage and make financial arrangements
free of charge. Pro Med will help you understand what services
are available and what the cost of such services would be.
Q. If my insurance doesnt covers services, what
are my options?
A. Private pay services are available. Pro Med can customize
a plan of care that meets the needs of the patient and works
with a set budget. We can accomplish the goal of providing
services that are needed by conducting an interview with the
patient or family members. There is usually a one week deposit
required up front on all services. Billing is sent on a weekly
basis to the address designated by the family or patient.
Q. What does medicare cover?
A. Medicare covers only visits. There is no hourly coverage
available. You can have visits from medicare and use Pro Med
to cover additional hourly service through private pay. Pro Med
is not a Medicare Certified provider and does not accept medicare
cases.
