Current CPR Card
Specialty Nurses for specific areas need ACLS,PALS,NALS,NRP
Physical Exam – within last 6 months
PPD or Chest Xray – within 6 months
Original 4 hour – Aids Update
(if expired then we need current Aids 1 hour update)
Domestic Violence – 1 hr Update
Immunization Record – Proof of MMR
Proof of Hepatitis C Titer - Hospitals only
Proof of Hepatitis B Shot

Pro Med Healthcare Services provides the following to new hires:

10 panel drug screen
FDLE Criminal Background Screen, if you haven’t lived in Florida within the last 5 years then we conduct a Level 2 FBI screen prior to being hired.

In-services available to new hires and current employees:

Daily CPR Classes
Aids 4 hour & 1 hour updates
Domestic Violence – 1 hour updates
Sitter/Companion & HHA classes
Many other CEU’s available upon request
